Did you know that breakfast cereals can be harmful to the diet, especially for women?
Yes, be careful to the sodium content. Few years ago the problem was denounced on important newspapers, unfortunatelly the news was nipped in the bud ..
An excess of sodium brings extensive damage and is one of the main enemies of women. Prefer “natural” cereals such as rice or barley .
I show the values: the worst ones are the fateful corn flakes where per 100g there are at least 0.5 / 0.6 g of sodium (see pic).

Muesli are better, often we do not prefer them because of the higher calorie’s content but in reality the sodium is much lower, at most 0,2 g per 100g of product (see pic).

It is true, they are less tasty but if you dissolves in the milk a teaspoon of honey you can have a great breakfast: tasty and much, much more healthy!
