Recently I have found a funny article of a colleague of mine. Some simple rules to overcome a hangover:
- Drink a lot (lots and lots) of water. Water and not coffee, juices, and so on…
- Wake up early in the morning
- Run even only for 10 minutes
- Take a shower
- Avoid alcohol and fat foods
- Listen to relaxing music
- Take a nap after the coffee break
- …. drink less and better next time!
