If you like cheese, you should attend the italian event…. “Cheese”! It take place every 2 years in Piemonte region (north of Italy, where the wonderful city of Torino is).

The last edition of Cheese has just closed (September 18-21, 2015).

 

It has been launched by the international association Slow Food 18 years ago.

Please find here some italian cheeses which have been presented:

  • morlacco cheese

    MORLACCO DEL GRAPPA DI MALGA from cow cheese produced on altopiano del Grappa;

  • CAPRA OROBICA: Italy has an important cheese production, for example the ones with raw milk from Val Gerola (province of Sondrio town);
  • DE MAGI: tuscan cheese from sheep milk which ages with aromatic herbs!
