Tiziana Marino is a charming producer of Campania region, southern italy; specifically located in the province of Salerno.
This region is very famous for its powerful red Aglianico which she focuses her production on under the name “Turandea”: available in red as well as in pink.
I have recently tasted the rosè version of this young company, vintage 2014.
In the glass is absoluty bright, with a delicate color. Sold by the color already!
The bouquet is surely welcoming: small red fruits come out with determination along with dark spices and a hint of undergrowth.
When you taste it, it remains rustic somehow and it demonstrates the character of this grape!
Vintage 2014 has not been easy so I am very curious to try the 2015 one!
Congrats to Tiziana!
The samples have kindly been offered by the company.
