“Words count” uses to say a famous italian actor (Nanni Moretti, see the cover pic).

This is true also in the wine sector, often characterized by discussions about the best way to talk and write of wine, the importance of the images and storytelling and so on.

This is why I like, from time to time, to share some quotes or sentences of skilful authors.

The famous italian writer Erri De Luca described his first wine experience as follow: “…one day of Naples and December someone introduced me a straw skirt on a glass bottle, her surname was Chianti, I grabbed her by the neck and I poured from her mouth my first wine glass of the life”.

(from the italian book “Il contrario di uno”)
