Recently I have found a funny article of a colleague of mine. Some simple rules to overcome a hangover:

  1. Drink a lot (lots and lots) of water. Water and not coffee, juices, and so on…
  2. Wake up early in the morning
  3. Run even only for 10 minutes
  4. Take a shower
  5. Avoid alcohol and fat foods
  6. Listen to relaxing music
  7. Take a nap after the coffee break
  8. …. drink less and better next time!
