This sort of recognition has a multiple value not only fot the Neapolitan pizza itself but also in terms of recognition of local traditions, centrality of the food sector nowadays, the global success of a product which is probably the most popular in the world (also thanks to the affordable price) and so the breaking of the standard rule that what is “top” is sometimes unattainable…
