“Connection: Women & Wine and Territory” is the title of the series of events organizaed by the Women & Wine Association of Campania region in Southern Italy which includes well nine appointments to  relaunch the cultural and wine&food tourism around Napoli and more. The first meeting took place on June 7th with the presentation of the well-known local Falanghina grape.

• June 17th: Piedirosso of Campi Flegrei vs Piedirosso of Vesuvio with the following wineries: Cantine Astroni, Cantina del Vesuvio, Mario Portolano and Sorrentino at Alma Beach Events
• June 24th, the theme will be “Street Food of Campania region and local wines” with Enzo Piccirillo from “La Masardona” and its legendary fried pizza paired to the wines of Cantine Carputo,
  Salvatore Martusciello and Tenuta Cavalier Pepe at Alma Beach Events
• In July, at the Cala Moresca, respectively on July 8 and July 29, the rosés and bubbles from Campania will be presented
• On September 9th and 30th, at the Grand Hotel Serapide and the Gourmet restaurant “Skyline”, the white wines from the coast and the white wines to be ageed will be presented
• In October, at Maison Toledo, there will be the presentation of red wines to be paired to fish and the whites to be paired to meat based dishes (7 October) and then “Aglianico in its nuances” (28 October)

The tastings will be moderated by the sommelier and members of the regional Association Donne del Vino: Alessandra Calabrese, Alessia Canarino, Tiziana De Maro, Michela Guadagno, Paola Licci, Iolanda Minasola, Daniela Prisco, Fosca Tortorelli and Stefania Ursumando.
