“Emergente” is the notorious Italian competition which rewards the best young chef and pizza-guys along with the top promises of hospitality organized by WItaly, launched by the wine&food critic Luigi Cremona and Lorenza Vitali.

After the selections of the young chef and the pizzaioli, Emergente Sala has been recently held to select the best promises of hospitality from Northern Italy, here the names:

– Alessia Chignoli, chef de rang senior at Villa Crespi – Orta San Giulio (NO);
– Antonio Gilli, sommelier of ristorante Malga Panna – Moena (TN).
– Luca Princiotto, maître of La Montecchia – Selvazzano Dentro (PD);
– Marika Azzariti, maître of Pellico 3 Milano of Park Hyatt;

They will compete with the best young professionals of hospitality from Central and Southern Italy to be held soon before the final which is planned at ALMA in Spring.
