The press conference to present the event that will celebrate the excellence of central and southern Italy took place today in Rome, Italy, at the headquarters of the Foreign Press Association.

The main event is scheduled on Sunday, March 2, at the A.Roma Life Style Hotel (home of the AIS Lazio courses and tastings in the capital) with the patronage of the Lazio Region and the contribution of ARSIAL (Regional Agency for the Development and Innovation of Agriculture of Lazio), will bring together over 350 producers from Abruzzo, Campania, Emilia, Lazio, Marche, Molise, Romagna, Tuscany and Umbria.

Masterclasses with related insights are planned along the walk around tasting. A wide-ranging event in the AIS style that brings together the best from each single territory.
