It would be nice to have the custom of Americans: wineries that offer green space for picnics, so, people can go there, buy their favorite wine as well as some product available directly on site: salami, cheeses, bread.

Not by chance the success of the farm (especially for Easter) is the growing thanks to the passion for the ” restaurant in the country” as reported by the studies of the CIA (Italian Farmers Confederation) , which estimates a growth of around 3.5% of admissions in “farm” this weekend. And the main interest is, in fact, the Italian cousine that will provide people with traditional dishes: eggs , lamb, salami and cheese pies (like the well-known Neapolitan “Casatiello”), chocolate eggs, cakes of wheat (see “Pastiera”, once again Neapolitan).
