Mr. Gualtiero Marchesi is one of the most important italian chef. In view of Expo 2015 (a great fair which will take place in Milano-Italy from May 2015 with the theme “Feeding the planet”) denounces there are too many talent shows, chef should return to do their original job!

Stop to complicated dishes, improbable combinations and strange ingredients. It’s all about cooking well and make sure the dish arrives on the table with grace and style.

And when the journalist asks if he cooks, he answers that he has never cooked, others have always cooked for him: “I am a composer. I have had some ideas, and ideas are immortal”.
