IWC (International Wine Challenge) is the the historical wine competition held in London since 1984.

I am part of the crew since a couple of editions so I have already written about its mechanism as well as the results such as the ones of the last tranche which took place last november.

The news is that Peter McCombie, one of the only 5 chairman will be in Irpinia (Campania region, southern Italy) tomorrow, January the 29th!

Peter (Master of Wine, the most important title within the wine world) will present the competition to the local producers (which are gaining more and more space at international level) and will lead the tasting of the rewarded wines.

The event is organized by the communication agency Miriade & Partners.

Save tha date: January 29 at Virginia Palace Hotel in Mercogliano town, province of Avellino.
