PanGurmè is the hamburger which demonstrates that Italians have learnt to make hamburger as good as the English/American one.

paniniPanGurmè demonstrated that if you are good in your job you’ll see the results as happened to mr. Antonello who has launched a new and original “pub” in Eboli town, Campania region, southern Italy (Garibaldi street).

(This is not one of the most famous Italian city in the region: Campania is better known for Napoli, Sorrento, Amalfi coast and, for wine lover, Irpinia (the inland with its fine reds: Aglianico and Taurasi) but trust me, there are some very cute small cities such as Eboli if you are brave enough to discover something new).

“PanGurmè” pub is absolutely welcoming thanks to its design that reminds a Victorian London in the end of the 19th century!

And the hamburgers are fabulous: soft bread, salad, cheeses, bacon basing on your choice, as well as special sauces made by Antonello himself! A vegetarian one as well as the hot-dog are also available even for those who like to change from time to time.

I loved the one dedicated to the famous Italian chef Carlo Cracco with also marinated egg, mayo with truffle and liquid parmisan!

Do not be surprised if after the first hamburger you’ll order a second one!
