Wine is red or white or pink… or even BLUE!

It is possible thanks to 6 young entrepreneurs, in Spain who wanted to create something special and innovative!

They did! “Gik” is a blend of white and red varieties produced in the areas of La Rioja, Zaragoza, León (north of Madrid), and Castilla-La Mancha (south of Madrid) and the color is due to pigments extracted by the grape skin itself as well as a plant.

They declared Spain needed a sort of revolution and there are many people who do not always care about technical rules!

Their answer to the frequent question about how to involve millennial drinkers!
