With the announcement of the Top50 we have the complete ranking of the best 100 companies in the world in terms of hospitality.

After having revealed the positions 51-100 online (click here also for the voting process), the award ceremony was held on September 20th in partnership with ‘Wines of Germany’ at the historic winery Schloss Johannisberg.

Among the 22 countries involved, Italy gained 4 positions in the Top 100 with Antinori nel Chianti Classico at the top of the Italian ranking. Thus, after having shared the success of Ferrari (61), Ceretto (73) and Gaja (83), we find, at the sixth place in the world, the Tuscan Antinori nel Chianti Classico which gains well 3 positions as it was at the 9th place last year.

I had already shared more details about the voting process (here) which sees the involvement of over 500 wine and wine tourism experts.
Zuccardi Valle de Uco (Argentina) is confirmed, again, at the 1st place.

A great pride for me, as a referent and head of the Italian panel, to be able to represent Italy in such a prestigious context with the hope that WBV, along with other initiatives in the wine tourism field, can be a stimulus and, above all, a support for the full recovery of the sector.
