The second appointment with the Tuscan tour “Chianina on the table on tour”, the series of dinners organized by the Friends of Chianina Association together with the Consortium for the Protection of the “Vitellone Bianco of the Central Apennines PGI” to enhance Chianina meat and its link with the territory of origin, is already sold out.

After the dinner in Chiusi at I salotti del Patriarca (here), home of Maccari, it is the turn of the ‘Walter Redaelli Restaurant’ scheduled for February 4 in Sinalunga for a dinner, once again, resulting from the collaboration of the 4 chefs of the Regional Union of Tuscan Chefs involved.
