The one presented on Sunday (February 20) in Perugia at the Hotel Giò is an effervescent Umbria that is increasingly attentive to sustainability – as stated by Grimani, regional chair of Vitae, Guide to best Italian wines.

Vitae, edited by AIS – Association of Italian Sommelier, is a crucial national tool developed by teams of regional professionals therefore well rooted and informed on local productions for a total of about 2300 wineries and over 10,000 wines tasted.

After the welcome of Sandro Camilli, president of AIS Umbria, Grimani himself as well as Marchi, vice president of AIS Umbria and delegate of Perugia, the tasting counters were opened for a walk-around-tasting with the Umbrian companies reviewed in the guide.

The pleasure of being in the presence animated an exchange that we hope will be a good omen for the near future.
