As a member of the jury of this 2025 edition, I enthusiastically embrace the communication that finally announces the winners of this 2025 edition of the international Umbrian journalism competition, Central Italy.

The award launched by the Umbria Chamber of Commerce has now celebrated its 15th anniversary with a rising international success proven by the premium quality of the applications and, consequently, winners of each edition, coming from all over the world and published on the best magazines/newspapers and so well known on a global scale.

This is an award open to journalistic pieces, in written or video format, focused on Umbrian excellence, and divided into categories; sections for high schools and journalism schools are included.

THE JURY

The 2025 Jury is chaired by Bruno Gambacorta, a well-known television journalist, creator and manager of “TG2 Eat Parade”, supported by the President and the Secretary General of the Umbria Chamber of Commerce, Giorgio Mencaroni and Federico Sisti, by the head of the Press and Communication sector of the Chamber of Commerce, Paola Buonomo, by the press officer of the chamber, Giuseppe Castellini, by the journalists Federico Fioravanti, Chiara Giorleo, Gioacchino Castiglione and by Donatella Binaglia, representing the OdG Umbria of which she is also vice-president.

 

THE AWARDS CEREMONY

All the awards and special mentions will be presented during the official ceremony that will be held on Saturday 12 April in Perugia, at the prestigious Sala delle Colonne of Palazzo Graziani (Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Perugia) in Corso Vannucci as part of the International Journalism Festival, of which the “Raccontami l’Umbria-Stories on Umbria” Award has been an integral part since its inception.
