Alex Belingheri, owner of the winery Agricola Vallecamonica in Artogne (province of Brescia, North-west of Italy) has transformed Iseo lake in a cellar to age his sparkling wine.

3500 bottles have been aged at 40 meters deep and this has guaranteed a perfect combination of temperature and pressure; moreover the currents have favored the remix of yeasts, giving as a result a special taste to the wine.

Since 3 years ago this is the way they age their “Nautilus CruStorico”… good to know!
